Make Updates Online to Your Campus Address,
Education Profile and Emergency Contact Information

As of Friday, Sept. 3, University employees can update
their campus address, education profile, and emergency contact information
via computer. These self-service options are being made available
through VIP by the Division of Human Resources and Computer Services.
Updates can be entered in three different areas after you login
to VIP. Under the Employment Menu/Job Profile you will find your
campus address information. You can update your building and room
assignment, as well as your campus phone number. Under the Personal
Menu/Personal Profile, you will be able to update your emergency
contact, your emergency phone number and your home phone number.
Under Personal Menu/Education Profile, you may submit updates that
will be made to your education profile within two business days.
Faculty and staff who discover they need their PIN reset should
contact the Division of Human Resources' Salary Administration Office
at 777-3111.
