The plan offers faculty and staff access to low, competitive rates that are unavailable outside the program. No other state agency or institution of higher education in South Carolina offers this unique insurance benefit.

Under the program, University employees can arrange to pay their bills automatically through convenient payroll deduction or easy-to-budget, regular monthly withdrawals from their checking or savings accounts.
