Spring 2012 Forum: April 25, 2012. This forum includes information about updates to the grievance policy and the employee peformance evaluation policy, including the adoption of a universal review date for employee evaluations. Other topics covered include the benefits of using qualifying questions in PeopleAdmin, Deer Oaks EAP Services, information about updates to several HR forms, and a report on the HR Training Needs Assessment Survey.

Summer 2012 Forum: July 11, 2012. In preparing for implementation of the Employee Performance Management System Policy HR 1.36, this forum is dedicated to providing EPMS training on the following topics: review of the EPMS policy, transitioning employees to the universal review date, changes in implementation of the EPMS process, and an overview of updated job aids and new forms.

Fall 2012 Forum: September 26, 2012. This forum includes information about benefits updates to annual enrolloment and pension reform. Other topics covered include a presentation by Skillsoft to prepare for the launch of e-learning and an update of system-wide personnel transactions - "facts and figures".

Spring 2013 Forum: April 30, 2013. This forum includes information about form updates, employee recognition, supervisory development, background checks, I-9 updates and summer employment.
