The Division of Human Resources wants to improve the user-friendliness and resource value of its website and has made this one of its top priorities for 2013. As part of that process, HR is gathering feedback from different user groups to identify opportunities for improvement to our website.

One user group that Human Resources would like to hear from is USC faculty and staff members who use our site and are not designated HR contacts for the division. We hope that learning more about how and why University employees use our website will help us to make better decisions about how the information is displayed and presented. In addition, HR hopes to learn about additional content that users may need.

You are invited to register for one of two focus group sessions to discuss the website and to provide HR your suggestions for improvements at a variety of levels.

When: January 29, 2013 or February 8, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Where: 1600 Hampton Street, Suite 101 (Professional Development)
