Making Change Work for You

In today's fast-paced environment, organizations must be highly flexible at every level to adapt to new technologies, ever-changing state and federal regulations, and to meet customer requirements. Change may bring a sense of uncertainty and fear of the unknown. Workplace change does not have to create stress and confusion, but can provide an opportunity to acquire new skills and achieve career progression. This workshop will provide you with insight on how to embrace change and overcome fears that can create resistance. You will learn how to avoid the consequences of resistance and navigate yourself through the change process with new expectations.
