Margaret Woodrum is dual employment and extra compensation coordinator for the Salary Administration Office.


Dual Employment

This workshop covers USC guidelines that apply to permanent employees who are dually employed by the State of South Carolina. It addresses employment of both classified and unclassified employees when they perform temporary or part-time work within USC (internal dual employment) or with another state agency (external dual employment). This is a hands on session—participants will learn how to complete required paperwork and route it for approval and timely processing for payment.

HR contacts who prepare dual employment paperwork for faculty or staff in their department.

Participants should arrive to sign-in at 1:45 p.m. Instruction will begin at 2 p.m.

Location and Parking
1600 Hampton Street, Suite 101.

Campus parking is available with any faculty/staff decal in the lower lot behind the 1600 Hampton Street Annex. The entrance to the parking lot is between the 1600 Hampton Street tower and the WACH-57 building on Pickens Street.
