Get Fit While You Sit Be good to your heart this Valentines Day! Instead of flowers and chocolate treat yourself to, "Get Fit While You Sit." Learn resistance training at your desk in this group instruction workshop designed to give you practical experience in strength training exercises. Each participant will receive a resistance band, instructional manual, and weekly workout log form. Class is designed for all fitness levels. Who Should Attend Dates and Time Participants should arrive to sign-in at 11:15 a.m. Instruction will begin at 11:30. Cost Location and Parking Campus parking is available with any faculty/staff decal in the lower lot behind the 1600 Hampton Street Annex. The entrance to the parking lot is between the 1600 Hampton Street tower and the WACH-57 building on Pickens Street.
