Margaret Woodrum is dual employment and extra compensation coordinator for the Salary Administration Office.


Maymester, Summer School, and Extra Compensation

During this hands on workshop, participants will learn how to complete the required forms and provide necessary documentation when faculty teach Maymester or Summer School. It will also address payment of extra compensation to faculty who perform research or administrative work outside of their base time period. This is a hands-on session in which participants will learn to complete required paperwork and route it for approval and timely processing for payment.

Who Should Attend
HR contacts who prepare paperwork to compensate faculty for Maymester or Summer School teaching and payment of extra compensation for those who perform research or administrative duties outside their base time period.

Participants should arrive to sign-in at 1:45 p.m. Instruction will begin at 2 p.m.

There is no charge for this workshop.

Location and Parking
1600 Hampton Street, Suite 101.

Parking is available in the lower lot behind the 1600 Hampton Street Annex. The entrance to the parking lot is between the 1600 Hampton Street tower and the WACH-57 building on Pickens Street.
