Successful Supervision

The Successful Supervision program is designed to help build productive work groups by empowering supervisors and providing them with peer and tutorial support. The program prepares supervisors to furnish effective leadership and to address problems on the job in a competent and confident manner. Sessions provide measurable skills in an enjoyable format.
