The Team Challenge

Would you like the individual members of your work group to experience the benefits of effective team work? The Team Challenge offers classroom instruction and outdoor group activities that draw individuals into situations that require greater cooperation and creative problem solving. Participants integrate different work styles to maximize individual contributions and discover the synergy created from the collaborative effort. Working together to achieve goals, team members realize the advantage of letting go of personal control and to welcome the contributions of others. Participants who survive The Team Challenge gain increased levels of trust, improved communication, enhanced motivation, and greater confidence in their collective ability.
