General Nature of Work
Positions in this class are responsible for the development and production of radio or television programs or instructional programs, or function as technical experts in specialties such as set design, camera operations, studio crew management, tape editing, and announcing. The work performed involved higher levels of responsibility than positions in the Production Manager I class.

• Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) for supervisors of covered employees
• Basic Training for Supervisors
• How to Excel at Customer Service on Campus
