General Nature of Work
Positions in this class are responsible for the development of broadcast programs from inception to actual technical production. Produces or directs the production of radio or television programming.

• Introduction to GroupWise or the e-mail software used in the department
  (or equivalent experience)

• Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) for supervisors of covered employees
• Basic Training for Supervisors
• How to Excel at Customer Service on Campus
