General Nature of Work
Directs and manages the daily activities of production teams and/or departments (Computer Graphics, Electronic Field Production, Lighting, Scenic Services, Studio Crew and Video Tape Editing) that create and/or produce remote and studio radio/television programs.

• Introduction to Windows or Introduction to Mac (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to GroupWise or the e-mail software used in the department
  (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to Microsoft Word or the word-processing software used in the department such as WordPerfect (or equivalent experience)
• Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) for supervisors of covered employees
• Basic Training for Supervisors
• How to Excel at Customer Service on Campus
