General Nature of Work
Audits or oversees audits of financial records, business and individual tax returns, electronic data processing systems and/or an organization's activities and operations to ascertain financial status, accuracy of data, efficiency or compliance with laws and regulations. Positions in this class perform the most complex and highly technical audits and/or supervise professional auditors.

• Introduction to Windows or Introduction to Mac (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to GroupWise or the e-mail software used in the department
  (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to Microsoft Word or the word-processing software used in the department such as WordPerfect (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to Microsoft Excel
• How to Excel at Customer Service on Campus
• Course(s) selected according to job requirements

Recommended Courses Year 2:
