Designs, fabricates, operates, maintains and stores laboratory equipment; or performs specimen and blood product collections and basic laboratory procedures; or manages the activities of a laboratory to provide support for academic programs.

• Introduction to Windows or Introduction to Mac (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to GroupWise or the e-mail software used in the department
  (or equivalent experience)
• Introduction to Microsoft Word or the word-processing software used in the department such as WordPerfect (or equivalent experience)
• Course(s) selected according to job functions
