General Nature of Work
Performs technical work using specialized equipment in a laboratory or clinic; conducts education programs; provides basic life support to critically-ill patients being transported via helicopter or ambulance; maintains, repairs and modifies a variety of electronic and mechanical equipment.

• Introduction to GroupWise or the e-mail software used in the department
  (or equivalent experience)

• How to Excel at Customer Service on Campus
